Prateek Katare is an experienced electronic system designer with a strong background in R&D and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at MathWorks, Prateek has developed multiple products and engaged in various research projects. Previously, they worked as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Science, focused on diagnostic devices and micro-fabrication technologies. Prateek holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the Indian Institute of Science and has extensive experience in mentoring students and designing cutting-edge biomedical instruments. With over 14 years of hands-on experience in microcontrollers, Prateek is an avid supporter of the DIY and Maker movements.
