Shannon Wall

Shannon Wall has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shannon currently holds the position of Principal Program Manager at MathWorks since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Wayfair as a Sr. Manager of Customer Experience & Services from 2022 to 2023. Their responsibilities at Wayfair included developing customer experience strategies, creating onboarding content, and providing data analysis.

Before Wayfair, Shannon held several roles at Staples, starting as an Account Manager in 2004. Shannon progressed to become a Sales Center Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar inbound and outbound sales teams. Shannon also worked as a Copy & Print Sales Manager and a Sr. Project Manager, leading project implementations.

Outside of Staples, Shannon worked as an Interview Specialist at Big Brother Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest in 2003 and as a Coordinator of Volunteers for a US Senate Campaign in 2002. Shannon also served as a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Women's Education and Industrial Union in 2001 and as an intern for US Congressman James McGovern in the same year.

Shannon Wall attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts from 1998 to 2001, where they studied History.
