Shruti Karulkar

Shruti Karulkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development management, currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager at MathWorks since January 2011. In this role, Shruti leads and mentors a diverse team of over 15 individuals, focusing on career development and the adoption of industry best practices. Previously, Shruti held positions including Software Development Manager and Software Engineer in Test, contributing to the delivery of multiple MATLAB products. Shruti's earlier experience includes instructional and research assistance at the University of Houston and a role as Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Shruti holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
