Stephanie Gellar

Stephanie Gellar, PMP®, is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex software and IT projects. Currently serving as Manager of Program Management at The MathWorks since September 2013, Gellar oversees a team of program managers supporting 24 software teams globally, focused on the Simulink® product family and transitioning to Agile methodologies to enhance delivery and coordination. Previous roles include Principal Program Manager at The MathWorks, IT Project Manager at BankInvest, and various project management positions at Nokia, where Gellar successfully led the development of influential hardware and software products. Gellar co-founded Okena, Inc., contributing to the launch of a pioneering security system, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
