Stephen Frail

Stephen Frail is an experienced Principal Product Manager for the Education License Portfolio at MathWorks, where they focus on software licensing for the education market. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Pearson, including Director of Digital Product Management and Executive Marketing Manager, where they successfully guided product strategies and marketing efforts. A passionate advocate for education and climate action, Stephen served on the Steering Committee and as Treasurer for Green Needham, sponsored a successful citizen's petition for a climate emergency resolution, and was appointed to the Needham Climate Action Planning Committee. They hold an International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
