Stephen McCarthy

Stephen McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephen started their career at Digitas in 1996 as an Associate Director, leading client delivery teams and implementing multi-channel customer relationship strategies. Stephen then moved on to Savatar in 2001, where they served as an Associate Director in the Strategy Group, handling operational and business process assessments for Fortune 100 clients. In 2005, Stephen joined Staples as a Senior Manager, responsible for developing and managing teams across multiple sites. Stephen later became the Director of Future Tech Innovation, playing a key role in building a strategic framework for Staples to become a leader in technology. Stephen then shifted gears to Staples' Inside Sales division, where they served as a Senior Director, overseeing sales goals, operations, associate development, and HR relations for three sites in the US and Canada. In 2017, Stephen joined MathWorks as a Principal Sales Coach.

Stephen McCarthy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1983 to 1987.
