Tim Evans has over 30 years of experience in recruiting and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Worldwide Recruiting at MathWorks since February 2005. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a TA/Recruiting Business Consultant at Access Interactive, offering recruitment advisory services to diverse clients, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Tim also held the position of Recruiting Manager at Kforce, where responsibilities included leading a team of technical recruiters and managing client accounts in the IT and Engineering sectors. Earlier in Tim’s career, experience as a Systems Engineer/Field Sales at RainWise involved hardware and firmware design for electronic weather monitoring systems. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, earned in 1992.
