Tom Gaudette

Tom Gaudette is an experienced technical manager with a strong background in data synthesis and actionable metrics. They served as an R&D Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital, where they developed tools for functional imaging and secured over $1M in grant funding. At The MathWorks, they advanced through various leadership roles, ultimately becoming a Director of Customer Success, where they significantly increased revenue and developed global technical teams. Tom's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology.
