Yasir Ali

Yasir Ali is a seasoned professional in program management with extensive experience in leading teams and executing strategic initiatives in the technology sector. Currently serving as Manager of Program Management at The MathWorks since June 2016, Yasir oversees the PM group for Embedded Code Generation and the Fixed Point Portfolio for Control Design Automation. Prior to this role, Yasir held the position of Manager of Program Management at Skillsoft, where responsibilities included executing cross-functional programs to deliver e-learning solutions. Yasir's earlier experience at Cisco Systems spanned over a decade, progressing from Software Engineer III to Senior Program Manager, focusing on network and content security, as well as wireless networking programs. Yasir holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and a B.Sc. (Honors) in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
