Jai M.

Jai M. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2022, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Matilda Cloud. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2021, they held the role of Project Manager / Scrum Master at Intrado. Jai also worked as a Project Lead at Yodlee Infotech Pvt Ltd from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they worked as a Tech Lead at Corpus from 2008 to 2010, where they served clients such as T-Mobile and Digicel. In 2008, Jai had a brief role as a Project Lead at Vignette. Jai also worked at Capgemini, where they held the positions of Project Lead from 2005 to 2008 and Consultant from 2004 to 2005. Their earliest recorded work experience was as a Team Lead at Omnitech Infosolutions from 2003 to 2004.

Jai M. obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Jaipur National University, India, from 2014 to 2016. Jai holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Software & Information Systems from Bharathiar University, which was earned from 2001 to 2003. In 2000, Jai obtained the ADCSSAA certification in Computers, Software, and IT from the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State. Additionally, Jai holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, earned from 1994 to 1998. Jai has also obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2011, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Foundation certification from EXIN. Jai has also completed a course on Introduction to Big Data, for which they received a certificate from Coursera Course Certificates.
