Carlos C. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Carlos began their career in 2013 as a Tech Specialist at Office Depot, where they provided desktop and laptop support to customers. From 2015 to 2016, Carlos worked as a Customer Service/Help Desk representative at MovieTickets.com, assisting customers with purchase and web experience issues. During this time, they also used data-driven tools to debug and configure systems.

In 2018, Carlos joined Fandango as a Data Engineer, where they worked on solving data problems and utilizing different data tools for BI reporting and database operational issues.

In 2019, Carlos moved to TouchSuite as an ETL Developer, responsible for creating ETL processes to ingest data from various sources into an Amazon EC2 server instance. Carlos also created and managed Amazon DMS for data migration purposes, developed SSIS processes, and created compliance verification and reporting mechanisms.

From 2019 to 2022, Carlos worked at TherapeuticsMD as an ETL Developer, focusing on the development and management of ETL processes.

Currently, Carlos is employed at Matillion as a Solutions Architect, a role they started in April 2022.

Carlos C. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. Carlos attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, Carlos also received a certification as Matillion Associate from Matillion in August 2022.
