James Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. James joined Matillion in August 2016 as an Account Executive for Northern & Central Europe, where they excelled in building relationships with clients and delivering successful analytics projects. James was later promoted to Senior Account Executive and then Enterprise Account Executive for Northern Europe. In January 2021, they transitioned to the role of Enterprise Account Executive for the Nordic Region and Benelux, taking on the responsibility of setting and executing the strategic growth plan. Prior to Matillion, James worked as a Business Development Manager at Acuris Global, where they managed clients in various regions. Before that, they held the position of Client Relationship Manager at Lafferty Group. James began their professional career as a Field Operations Executive at GlaxoSmithKline and also worked as a Regional Development Manager. James started their career as a Junior Account Manager at GDB International.
James Johnson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business with a year in Industry from the University of Kent. James attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications: Snowflake Sales Pro Accreditation from Snowflake in June 2022 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021.
