Charles DeForest has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager and previously as Production Manager at Mativ since July 2018. Prior to Mativ, Charles held the position of General Manager and Division Manager for Testing and Coatings at PTI Industries, Inc. from 2011 to 2018. Charles began their career at Berkshire Brewing Company, where roles included Production Manager from 2002 to 2011. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Michael's College, earned between 1985 and 1989.
