Jacob Smith

Jacob Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for Protective Solutions at Mativ since July 2022, Jacob previously held various positions, including Customer Service Manager and Director of Commercial Operations at SWM International from February 2017 to July 2022. Additionally, Jacob has been the Select Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the Town of Erving since January 2013, contributing significantly to local governance. Jacob also served as Finance Committee Chairman, starting in 2014. Early career roles at Argotec, LLC involved multiple positions, culminating in Director of Commercial Operations, alongside roles in IT and network management. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems from Greenfield Community College.
