John Heffner is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Manager at Mativ since August 2022, John previously held the position of Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry from September 2019 to August 2022, where the focus was on retained searches in the Food, Beverage, and Consumer Goods industries. Earlier, John was an Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group from November 2007 to September 2019, specializing in recruiting mid to senior-level candidates in Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
