Laron Wilder

LaRon Wilder is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Director of Sales for Consumer Products at Mativ since August 2023. Previously, LaRon held various leadership roles at Neenah from April 2017 to August 2023, including Sales Director for the West, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Commercial Sales Representative. Prior experience also includes serving as the National Account Sales Manager at West Corporation from July 2014 to April 2017 and multiple managerial positions at Pawn America from 2007 to July 2014. LaRon contributed to diversity recruitment as a Diversity Recruiter at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Admissions Office from July 2009 to May 2010. LaRon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, with earlier studies in Law Enforcement and Sociology at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
