Steven Shu

Steven Shu has extensive experience in management and customer service across various industries. Steven served as the Head of Customer Service Department at 西门子医疗 from October 2001 to July 2002. Following this role, Steven held multiple positions at Rogers Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., including Plant Manager and Regional Director for Asia. Later, Steven worked as a Project Manager at 天弘, managing key OEM accounts and leading product introduction teams. From October 1998 to October 2001, Steven was a Sales Executive at Isola Group, and from July 2003 to December 2005, served as Customer Service Manager for Asia at 罗杰斯. Steven's role as General Manager at SWM International's DelStar Suzhou lasted from August 2013 to December 2017, and since January 2018, Steven has been the General Manager of Mativ China. Steven holds an MBA from École des Ponts Business School and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
