David Gabriel

David Gabriel is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management with a focus on creating positive work environments to enhance client satisfaction. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Matlen Silver since July 2025, David previously spent seven years at CCS Construction Staffing, starting as a Recruiter and progressing to Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, David gained experience in the restaurant industry as Assistant General Manager for Sonoma Restaurant Group, overseeing multiple locations, and held sales roles at Red Ventures and On The Border. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Carolina University and has completed coursework at Central Piedmont Community College.
