Wesley Pheifer

Wesley Pheifer is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the staffing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Matlen Silver since January 2025, Wesley previously held the position of Director of Delivery at Equiliem from November 2023 to January 2025. Prior roles include Managing Director at Dexian from April 2022 to October 2023, as well as Managing Director-Delivery at Signature Consultants for a decade, where responsibilities included leading a team supporting Fortune 500 clients with significant revenue management. Wesley’s career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where initial experience was gained as an Assistant Manager and Associate Recruiter. Wesley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Hospitality & Tourism Management, from Appalachian State University in 2011.
