Tolga Secilmis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the translation and localization industry. As the Co-Founder of Matnon since January 2019, Tolga has been instrumental in developing a cloud-based sentiment analysis platform tailored for high-security projects. Concurrently, as Co-Founder of GlocalTones since September 2012, Tolga has led efforts in translation and dubbing, catering to blue-chip clients with a focus on quality and timely service. With a strong academic background, Tolga serves as a Lecturer at Yeditepe University, teaching Localization and Audiovisual Translation, while also holding previous lecturer positions at Boğaziçi University. This has freed us so far in our work and enabled us to make self-planned improvements. We derive all our strength from developing all Matnon systems by ourselves. We are technologically independent and we believe this is one of the most important reasons why our customers prefer us. We have an elite and experienced staff including academics and selected professionals, enabling us to combine a broad horizon with versatile practices. We are a young and dynamic team with a futuristic perspective to solve everyday problems, gathered under the roof of Matnon. It all started as a university experimental study and soon received high demand from corporate companies. Having a small project that drives high demand encouraged us to develop a high-scale versatile system and establish Matnon. This is our “How we started” story in a nutshell.
