Matongo mining Company Limited is private company registered in Tanzania with certificate of incorporation number 155795492 issued on 9th April 2022. MGML is formed after a joint venture Hussein and other three stakeholders. 

The Mining method to be used is an underground mining. The activities to be associated with the Mining will involves drilling, blasting, Crushing, grinding and processing 183ktpa. Expected life of the Mining is over 20yrs.
