John Otero

John Otero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead and Senior Customer Service Representative at Matouk since May 2017, John also co-founded Vigilant Brewing Co. in February 2021, where John leads operations as Head Brewer. Prior to these roles, John was the Buyer/General Manager at Faunce Corner Nutrition for nearly two decades, overseeing various aspects of merchandising, inventory control, and staff training. John has a foundational background in retail management from Wendy’s International, which included direct supervision and training responsibilities. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2009 and 2011.
