Milton began their career in 1994 as a Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor at Acushnet Company, where they managed production scheduling, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and process development. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Sonoco, first as a Plant Manager and then as a Division Manager Global Operating Excellence, responsible for driving continuous improvement and leading turnarounds in manufacturing plants. Since 2017, Milton has been at Matouk, initially serving as the Vice President of Operations and currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing strategic planning, operational functions, and ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the company's operations. Milton has a proven track record in implementing process improvement methodologies, developing world-class processes, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

Milton Goncalves, MBA has a solid education background with various degrees and certifications. Milton obtained an Advanced Diploma in Maintenance & Reliability Management from North Carolina State University, graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University, completing it in the years 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, Milton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1993 to 1997. Alongside their formal education, they also hold a Green Belt certification, obtained from Sonoco in September 2013.
