Jeff Krasner

Jeff Krasner has a range of work experience in the financial industry. Jeff started their career in 1988 as an AVP at JP Morgan and then worked as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers from 1996 to 1998. Jeff continued to progress in their career, joining Merrill Lynch as a Vice President from 1998 to 2001, and then as a Director of Treasury Trading from 2003 to 2009.

After their time at Merrill Lynch, Krasner worked at Gleacher & Company as a Managing Director and CFO, where they were responsible for building the infrastructure of the Rates business. Jeff implemented a self-clearing platform and handled financial planning and analysis.

In 2013, Krasner joined Amherst Pierpont Securities as a Managing Director and Assistant Treasurer, a role they held until 2016. During this time, their responsibilities included treasury and financial consulting.

From 2016 to 2017, Krasner served as Treasurer at KCG Holdings, Inc. Jeff managed secured and unsecured funding, capital markets financing, and liquidity and capital management. Jeff also handled bank relationship management, cash and FX management, and financial planning and analysis.

After KCG Holdings, Krasner worked as President at SBS Advisors, where they provided treasury and financial consulting, advising clients on issues such as funding, liquidity, and capital management. Jeff also performed part-time and interim CFO and Treasurer roles.

Currently, Krasner is the VP of Product Development at Matrix Applications LLC. In this role, they are responsible for managing the development of fixed income trading and post-trade software. Jeff also oversees testing of new products and external connectivity to banks and trading platforms. Additionally, they handle customer integration and relationship management.

Jeff Krasner completed their MBA in Finance/Economics from NYU Stern School of Business in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College in 1988. Additionally, in August 1991, they obtained the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) certification from Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution.
