Adam Mill

Adam Mill is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Matrix Composites since October 2022. Prior positions include Senior Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace and Engineering Manager roles at Rockwell Collins and B/E Aerospace, focusing on the manufacture of molded composites and assemblies for high-end aircraft interiors. Adam also held the position of Design and Development Manager at C2 Composites Ltd, overseeing projects in various sectors including aircraft interiors and medical equipment. Beginning a career as a Senior Design Engineer at FORMULA ONE MANAGEMENT LIMITED, Adam developed expertise in composites and precision engineering. Adam holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering with Advanced Materials from the University of Southampton.
