Bobby Porter

Bobby Porter has extensive work experience in engineering roles. Bobby started their career at Whirlpool Corporation in 1987, where they developed test equipment for electrical components and temperature/humidity test rooms. From 1990 to 1995, they served as a Project Engineer, overseeing production transfer and developing new models at Whirlpool's Supermatic plant. Bobby then worked as a Senior Engineer, leading controls development and quality improvement teams for electrical components. Bobby also played a key role in the development of Whirlpool's first Internet-connected and counter depth refrigerators. At Matrix Design Group, Inc, where they have been since 2013, Bobby has served as an Engineering Manager, managing intellectual property assets, implementing a quality management system, and overseeing audits. Bobby also held the position of Director of Engineering, although the start and end dates for this role are not specified. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Bobby worked as a Project Engineer at Moisture Control Systems, where they developed software for electronic measurement systems.
