Donovan Jackson

Donovan Jackson has worked in customer service and technical support roles since 2015. Starting in 2021, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for Invoca and DialogTech, where they quickly responded to emails and phone calls from customers, worked closely with engineering staff to complete projects, and kept customers, peers and management staff apprised of project milestones. In 2022, they began working as a Trading Operations Analyst for Matrix Executions, where they resolved accounting records and customer issues with thorough analyses of available data, reviewed billing data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies, and communicated with customers to adjust accounts and answer inquiries. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for Altruist, where they supported users with technical troubleshooting and software updates, conferred with customers by telephone or chat services to address concerns, and set up, updated and canceled customer accounts in system.

Donovan Jackson began their educational journey in 2013, when they attended Santa Barbara City College, where they obtained an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2015. Donovan then continued their education in 2022, when they attended Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2024. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from FINRA: the Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination in December 2022, and the SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Examination in October 2022.
