Matrix Family Office (“MFO”) is the family office of former Lehman Brothers CEO Richard S. Fuld Jr. and his family. MFO invests in and strategically advises small and medium-sized businesses across the financial services, sustainability, and technology sectors. 

MFO was initially established in 2009 as Matrix Advisors and was rebranded in 2024. MFO’s investment management and co-investment services are provided through its subsidiary Matrix Private Capital Group, a registered investment advisor.
