Tim Pritchett has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the public and private sectors. Tim began their career in 2003 as a Youth Services employee with the City of Bloomington, IN. In 2005, they became an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington. In 2007, they were appointed Assistant Director of Rhino's Youth Media Center. In 2009, they became Program/Facility Coordinator (Summer Camps and Facility) with the City of Bloomington, IN. In 2011, they were appointed Director of Technology at Monroe County Community School Corporation, where they also served as Director of eLearning Strategies and Public Relations and Information Officer. In 2022, they became Engineer Operations Manager at Matrix Integration, where they manage a team of full-time implementation engineers supporting the Enterprise Business Unit.

Tim Pritchett has an extensive educational background. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Culture, with minors in Human Resources and International Studies-Arts and Culture, from Indiana University Bloomington in 2005. Tim then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Culture from the same institution in 2007. In 2016, they completed a Cybersecurity and Information Assurance - Technical Certificate from Ivy Tech Community College in the field of Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Additionally, they hold certifications from ISACA, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and CompTIA, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), HPE Sales Certified - Hybrid Cloud Solutions, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, and HPE Sales Certified - Aruba Products and Solutions.
