Akshika has worked in the Human Resources field since 2015. Her first job was as a Human Resources Trainee at Leanberg Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Akshika then moved on to Expert Technics, where they were a Human Resources Executive from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked as a Sr. HR Consultant at Xicom Technologies Ltd from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are an Assistant Manager HR at Softuvo Solutions Private Limited since 2020 and is also a HR Manager - Operation, People & Culture at Matrix Marketers since 2022.

Akshika attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2008 for their schooling. Akshika then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University from 2008 to 2012. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Services from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok from 2013 to 2015.
