Stan Fraley

Stan Fraley is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Matrix NAC since July 2021, Stan previously held the role of Deputy Tank Construction Manager at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals from April 2015 to October 2020. Notably, Stan was a Construction Manager and Block Material Manager at CB&I from June 2007 to March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing a night shift during a significant 60-day Turnaround at Ecopetrol’s refinery in Cartagena, Colombia, and managing site logistics for an LNG project. Stan Fraley holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
