Joining the Matrix Networks team in 2011, Kyle brought a creative approach to solving business problems using technology. In 2014 Kyle began leading the Matrix Networks sales team, fostering an environment that led to record-setting sales and enthusiasm throughout the business. In 2017 Kyle took the reigns as the President, responsible for the overall direction of the company, guiding Matrix Networks to a focus on core strengths and the development of new solutions that met the evolving needs of clients. While Kyle is a major contributor in the UCaaS industry, a true passion resides in the facilitation of Contact Center Solutions as they are routinely complex in nature and provide extreme value if implemented correctly. For Kyle, the focus each day is on building a better business for the clients and employees of Matrix Networks while delivering on the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Seeking Knowledge, and Having Fun.
