Client Success Supervisor at Matrix Networks

Tim Lopez is currently the Client Success Supervisor at Matrix Networks. Prior to that, they were a Career Advisor at Anthem College from September 2012 to February 2014. In that role, they coached graduates in their job search and developed networking relationships to help them transition into their new career. Tim also procured new job orders with cold calls and email marketing to place graduates with a quality employer in their field of study. Additionally, they assisted the department in achieving the highest placement percentage in the school’s 10-year history. Furthermore, they wrote, designed and taught various workshops on job search strategies, resume preparation and interview skills.

Before their time at Anthem College, Tim Lopez worked as a Customer Service Representative and Product Research Assistant at Graphic Products from March 2012 to September 2012. In that role, they were responsible for retention, growth and management of accounts. Tim provided effective client/prospect interaction to meet their individual, long term needs. Additionally, they provided professional sales representation and phenomenal customer service. Lastly, they assisted in all aspects of product development, sourcing, and internal marketing.

Tim Lopez has a Master of Arts in Ministry and Leadership from Western Seminary, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Educational Ministries from Multnomah University, and a Certification from RingCentral in RingCentral Advanced Sales Certification.

They work with Jeremy Ness - Chief Technology Office, Kimberly Ness - Controller, and Ryan Graven - Vice President. Tim Lopez reports to Kyle Homes, President & CEO.
