Libby Affen

Libby Affen has extensive experience in the information technology sector, beginning as a programmer at Ram Technologies and Leisure Technology and advancing to significant leadership roles. From 1982 to 1993, Libby managed the IT department focused on logistics, HR, and finance at American Israeli Paper Mills, followed by a tenure as Chief Information Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Israel from 1993 to 2008, overseeing IT systems for the Ministry and its consulates. Since April 2004, Libby has served as Chief Operating Officer of Matrix Global Israel, managing operations across multiple sites and a workforce of 1,000 employees. Educationally, Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Thomas Edison State College and has completed management training programs at prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School.
