Odelia Azulay

Odelia Azulay has experience in organizational consulting, global account management, and IT recruitment within the high-tech industry. Odelia served as an Organizational Consultant at מכון משאבי ידע and progressed to Matrix, where responsibilities included managing global recruitment for high-tech clients and recruiting for in-house and outsource positions. Previous experience at adam-milo involved diagnosing personnel needs for military projects, alongside managing recruitment, training, and mentoring. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from The Hebrew University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University.
