Or Rogovski has extensive experience in human resources, having held various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Beginning as Training & HR Manager at Tvuna Millenium from September 2006 to April 2013, Or managed recruitment, employee welfare programs, and training initiatives, collaborating with Microsoft Worldwide. As HR Manager at SQLink Group from September 2012 to January 2019, Or oversaw a unit of over 250 employees, handled onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensured compliance with labor laws while leading corporate events and employer branding projects. Most recently, as VP of HR at Sufrin Group from January 2019 to October 2023, Or built HR systems from scratch, led recruitment efforts, planned annual budgets, and oversaw performance evaluations. Currently serving as HR Manager for FinTec & Digital at Matrix since December 2023, Or holds a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science and an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from Bar-Ilan University and The College of Management Academic Studies.
