Shay Kaiserman

Shay Kaiserman is a Deep Learning Researcher with a diverse background in engineering and technology. Shay began their career as a Technical Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, gaining expertise in Matlab simulations, electro-optics, and image processing. They subsequently worked as a Data Engineer at a stealth mode startup before joining Matrix, where they focus on robust solutions in OCR, object detection, and recently, large language models (LLMs). Shay holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and multiple undergraduate degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University, exemplifying a strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation in AI technologies.
