Smadar Levy has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, serving as a senior coordinator to the Minister of Tourism at the Israel Ministry of Tourism from July 2008 to October 2015. Since October 2015, Smadar has worked as an IT Recruiter at Matrix, specializing in recruiting for the hi-tech industry, including both in-house and outsource positions. Smadar holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management from the College of Management, and a Master’s degree in Consulting and Organizational Development from the same institution.
