Yaniv Kramer

Yaniv Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Yaniv began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Trainer at HOT. Yaniv then worked as an Instructional Designer at Discount Bank from 2006 to 2013 before moving to Amdocs as an Instructional Designer for a brief period. In 2013, they joined John Bryce as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they managed training development projects and coordinated with marketing teams. From 2015 to 2019, Yaniv worked as an HRIS Implementation Consultant at John Bryce, assisting clients with implementing Cornerstone Talent Management Suite products. Their most recent role was as the Head of HR Tech Solutions at Matrix, starting in 2019. In this position, they managed a team of Cornerstone system implementors and handled tasks such as writing price quotes and conducting pre-sales presentations.

Yaniv Kramer studied for a BA in Business Management with a specialty in Marketing at MLA - The center of Academic Studies from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma in Industrial Technology/Technician from Brenner Regional High School between 1997 and 2001. Yaniv also holds various certifications, including Product 101 - Canvas Basics from Instructure in 2022 and Performance Management Reimagined Certification from Josh Bersin Academy in 2021. Yaniv has certifications from Cornerstone OnDemand in areas such as Technical Consultancy, Learning, and HR. Additionally, they completed an Executive Course at The Israel Management Center (IMC) in 2015 and received a PC's & Networks Technician Diploma from John Bryce Hi-Tech College in 2005.
