Anna Heinzman

Anna Heinzman is a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Matrix Pointe Software since January 2022 and also works as a Teaching Assistant for AWS Certification Prep at Correlation One since July 2023. Previously, Anna served as an Infrastructure Administrator at Hyland, where responsibilities included storage management, VMware administration, and Windows Server System Administration. Earlier experience includes roles as a System Administrator at Logicalis, where Anna managed a variety of IT services, and as an Infrastructure and Information Security Analyst at Projetech, overseeing cloud infrastructure and network solutions. Anna began their career with technical support positions at the University of Cincinnati, gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting and equipment management. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
