Tracy Graham possesses extensive experience in client services, project coordination, and administrative support within various organizations. Currently serving as a Client Services Representative at Matrix Pointe Software since November 2022, Tracy excels in building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing support, and troubleshooting issues. Previous roles include Project Specialist for the Lorain County Sheriff's Office - Drug Task Force, where responsibilities encompassed grant management, project coordination, and strategic planning, and Project Outreach Coordinator at the Lorain County Prosecutor’s Office, focusing on community outreach and public awareness initiatives. Tracy has a background in team leadership, operational management as a daycare owner, and experience in fraud investigation and client eligibility assessment during tenure at the Lorain County Department of Jobs and Family Services. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Toledo and an Associate's degree in Intervention Advocacy & Counseling from Terra Community College.
