Lisa Liao has extensive work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, office administration, marketing, human resources, loan processing, and real estate. In 2022, they began working at Matrix Precise as a Talent Acquisition/ Office Administrator. In 2021, they were the Marketing Director at Anteater Crypto Association, where they managed all club's social media and promoted through Mailchimp. In 2020, they were the Marketing Director and Student Intern at the Real Estate Association at UC Irvine, where they constructed 20+ educational and professional speaker graphics through Affinity Designer and funneled informational graphics to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and weekly newsletters through Mailchimp. Lisa was also a Human Resources Intern at CTBC Bank Corp. (USA) in 2021, where they devised, created, and distributed a company-wide FAQ Handbook to assist New Hires. In 2021, they were a Contract Loan Processor at Legend Realty & Finance Group, where they processed 2 refinance loans with no point cost each month worth up to $200k. In 2020, they were a Marketing Internship at Instaboost Media, where they optimized the company's Salesforce SEO and operated 100+ client phone calls from small businesses through RingCentral. In 2019, they were a Real Estate Assistant at Homeasy Realty, where they processed, streamlined, and verified resident advisory forms, purchase agreements, and addendums.

Lisa Liao attended Rosemead High School from 2014 to 2018 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at UC Irvine, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
