Scott Carter

Scott Carter is a former police officer and account executive for a multi-national security company, Scott is the Chief Executive, Director, and Shareholder of the business founded in 1993 and now known as Matrix Security Group. As a professional director, he served on the board of one of New Zealand’s largest industry training organizations, The Skills Organisation, from 2008 – 2020. He is a past board member and chairman of the New Zealand Security Association (2002-2010), New Zealand Rugby League (2008-2014), and Rugby League International Federation (2009-2014). In 2015 Scott was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to sport.
