David Miller

David Miller serves as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Commercial Legal at Matrix Service Company since November 2020. Previously, David held various positions at Matrix NAC from December 2013 to November 2020, including Director of Regional Operations and Director of Commercial. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Commercial and Legal at KVAERNER NORTH AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION INC. and as an Associate at Dingess, Foster, Luciana, Davidson & Chleboski LLP, as well as Duane Morris LLP. David obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Ohio University.
