Kaleb Baczynski, CHST, currently serves as the HSE Division Manager for Matrix Project Services in the Southwest Region, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Kaleb gained valuable experience as a Project Safety Manager at Ames Construction from June 2018 to November 2025, and as a Safety Coordinator at Progressive Roofing from July 2011 to November 2017. Educationally, Kaleb holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Business from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2016 and 2019, as well as an Associate's Degree in Project Management from the same institution, completed from 2012 to 2016.
