Ann Smith

Ann Smith is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in E9-1-1 regulatory compliance and technical project management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical E9-1-1 Project Manager at MATRIX Resources since July 2017, Ann oversees nationwide PhI/PhII deployments and coordinates the development of wireless 911 PSAP networks. Previously at AT&T and Goodman Networks, Ann managed similar projects, deploying location-based services and handling E911 network migrations across multiple states. Ann's technical expertise is complemented by a strong educational background in Mathematics, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland.
