Mark McAstocker

Mark McAstocker has extensive work experience in the field of environmental science and project management. Mark is currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Matrix Solutions Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vertex Resource Group Ltd. as a Senior Environmental Scientist from December 2019 to February 2023. Mark also served as a Project Manager - Environment at Secure Energy Services Inc. from September 2018 to December 2019. Mark's professional journey began at Terex Environmental Group, where they initially worked as a Project Coordinator/Technologist from June 2011 to June 2012. Mark later took on the role of Project Manager, responsible for managing projects from June 2012 to September 2018.

Mark McAstocker completed their Master of Science (Distinction) in Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Monitoring from Ulster University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (Distinction) in the same field from the same university from 2015 to 2018. It is unclear when and if they obtained a degree from Royal Roads University, but they studied B.Sc. in Environmental Management there. Similarly, it is not specified when they attended Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), but they completed a Diploma (Honors) in Environmental Technology.
