The matrix Standard is a prestigious accreditation & quality mark that reflects an organisation’s commitment to quality and excellence within their Information, Advice Guidance service (IAG), affirming their credibility to stakeholders, funders, and service users.

Any organisation that offers IAG to support individuals in their choice of career, learning, work or life goals can become accredited with the matrix Standard – whether IAG is the organisation’s sole purpose, or part of its offering.

IAG services can be delivered face-to-face, through training, learning, remotely, or through a website.

Organisations accredited with the Standard include Training Providers, Universities, Further and Higher Education Colleges, Schools and Academies, Sole Traders, the National Careers Service, Voluntary & Community Organisations, and Private Businesses.
