Eric Tiong

Eric Tiong is an experienced software integration developer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently at MDI Achieve since April 2007, Eric manages interface requests and oversees project completion to ensure client satisfaction. Prior to MDI, Eric served as a software engineer at Mailers Equipment Incorporated for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included client project management and system customization for shipping modules. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as a programmer analyst for Frontier Communications, maintaining customer service applications and conducting software engineering tasks. Eric holds a Master of Science in Software Design and Development from the University of St. Thomas and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, as well as Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration from Bemidji State University.
