Jeff Mizell

Jeff Mizell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jeff began their career as a Software Training Consultant at Britthaven, Inc., where they provided training and support to nursing facilities. Jeff then worked at Interactive Health Network as a Software QA Manager, overseeing the QA process and bug tracking application. At CareCentric, they served as a Lead Instructional Designer, utilizing the LMS system and instructional design models to develop educational materials. Later, at Interactive Health Network, they took on the role of Documentation and QA Analyst Consultant and eventually became a Product Manager, managing software specifications and QA test plans. Jeff also worked at L-3 Communications - D.P. Associates as a Lead Instructional Systems Designer - Quality Control Representative, where they performed instructional design duties and provided guidance to other ISDs. Most recently, they have been a part of MatrixCare as a Project Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, and currently as a Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Jeff Mizell completed the Pathways Core Curriculum Completion at Union Presbyterian Seminary from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech from 2003 to 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, in 2012, they received a Quality Control Representative certification from L-3 DPA Associates.
